Bobby Flay opened his MarketFair eatery in the fall of 2012, and was on hand to greet customers himself and serve food the opening week. At the time, fans flocked to the restaurant with the retro diner decor for Flay’s gourmet burgers, sweet potato fries, and milkshakes. Burger Palaces at the Live! Casino and Hotel in Hanover, Maryland. The two group dining areas at Bobby Flay Steak offers seating for 30 to 75 guests on a platform raised to overlook the main dining room of the restaurant. The feature design elements of the room include interlocking walls of stone and brightly lacquered wood.

For the safety of our guests and team members, and in compliance with Connecticut State guidelines, Bobby's Burger Palace will undergo the following changes until further notice:
Seating for guests will end at 9:00pm.
From 9:00pm - 11:00pm a takeout service will be available.
The bar will empty and no longer offer seating at 9:30pm.
On Friday & Saturday, the bar will offer a to-go service based on demand.
